Your turkey is done when it measures 165° F, as measured by a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the thigh.

What is the best way to thaw a turkey?

Do I need to baste my turkey?

No — our turkeys cook up flavorful and juice without basting. And repeatedly open the oven door to baste the turkey could increase cooking time.
