Cooking Instructions:

  • BROILER METHOD:
  • In preheated broiler on high setting, place frozen burgers on broiler pan and position 4 inches from heat source.
  • Broil 10-12 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.
  • Cooking times are approximate.
  • Always cook to and internal temperature of 165°F. as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • Do not microwave.

  • GRILL METHOD:
  • On preheated grill over medium heat.
  • Place burgers 4 inches from heat source 7 - 9 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.

  • TO FRY:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook burgers in a small amount of vegetable oil 7 - 9 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165°F.

Always cook to an internal temperature of 165°F.
