- Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place patties in hot skillet.
- Turn occasionally and cook approximately 13 to 15 minutes.
- Always cook to well-done, 165º F. as measured by a meat thermometer in the center of the patty.

- Set temperature at 350 °F. and preheat the griddle.
- Place patties on hot griddle.
- Turn occasionally and cook approximately 14 to 16 minutes.
- Always cook to well-done, 165º F. as measured by a meat thermometer in the center of the patty.
