Roasted Red Pepper Turkey Pinwheels

Ingredients

11 slices soft white bread, crusts removed

1/2 cup roasted red pepper spread

1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted and coarsley chopped

1/2 pound JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Deli Premium Seasoned Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Breast, thinly sliced

Directions

Place bread slices on flat surface and brush each slice with 1 teaspoon red pepper spread, edge to edge. Overlap 2 slices bread by 1 inch, creating an approximate 4"x7" rectangle. Roll these 2 slices bread together to seal them together as well as flatten bread. Turn short end towards you and sprinkle each rectangle with 1 teaspoon pine nuts. Lay 2 ounces turkey breast evenly over the entire rectangle. Roll up tightly, beginning at the short end. Cut each roll into four even pieces and place on a platter. Repeat with remaining bread rectangle and ingredients.
