Ingredients

6 MANNY'S® tortillas

2 red, green and/or yellow bell peppers, cut into thin strips

1 medium red onion, cut into thin wedges

1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

12 ounces JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, sliced and cut into 2-inch strips

1 (.78 ounce) packet taco seasoning

1 1/2 cups CHI-CHI'S® thick salsa

1 cup monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded

Directions

Heat tortillas according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium-high heat, saute peppers and onion in oil for 5 minutes or until peppers are slightly softened. Add turkey, heat until warmed through, about 2 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning. Evenly divide turkey mixture among tortillas. Top with salsa and cheese.
