Creamy Turkey over English Muffins

Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Turkey Breast Cutlets
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
salt and pepper, if desired
4 whole wheat English muffins, toasted
Directions
Cut across grain of turkey slices to make strips 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches long. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Cook the cutlets as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ËšF as measured by a meat thermometer. Sprinkle flour over turkey; cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in soup and cook until thickened; about 3 minutes. Stir in peas, pimiento, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper, if desired; stir until mixture is hot. Serve over split English muffins.
