Ingredients
2 1/2 cups stuffing, prepared
1 1/2 cups JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cubed
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Heat oven to 350ËšF. Grease a 9 inch pie plate. Evenly press prepared stuffing over base and up side of pie plate to form pie crust. Scatter turkey in pie crust. Sprinkle with onion and cheese. In small bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, mustard, and pepper. Pour into pie crust. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until set and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
