Cheesy Turkey Mushroom Caps

6 portabella mushroom caps, cleaned and stems removed
¼ cup prepared roasted tomato sauce
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 small onion, grilled and diced
¾ pound diced JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast
Heat oven to 350°F. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce inside each mushroom cap.
Sprinkle with cheese, onion and turkey. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked.
