Cheesy Turkey Mushroom Caps

6 portabella mushroom caps, cleaned and stems removed
¼ cup prepared roasted tomato sauce
½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 small onion, grilled and diced
¾ pound diced JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast
STEP 1: Heat oven to 350°F. Place mushroom caps on baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce inside each mushroom cap.
STEP 2: Sprinkle with cheese, onion and turkey. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked.
