Cracked Pepper Philly Melt

Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup yellow onion, sliced

1/2 cup green bell peppers, thinly sliced

1/2 cup red bell peppers, thinly sliced

1/4 cup pepperoncini peppers, drained and sliced

4 (6-inch) hoagie buns, split, buttered and grilled

12 ounces JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast from the service deli

1/4 cup mayonnaise

8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

In large pan over medium-high heat oil. Add onion and cook 5 minutes or until softened.

Add green, red and pepperoncini peppers. Cook or until tender-crisp. Remove from heat and reserve.

To assemble place hoagie buns work surface. Heat turkey in microwave for 10 to 15 seconds or until hot. Spread bottom half of buns with mayonnaise. Top with warm turkey, pepper mixture and cheese. Add tops of buns.
