Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 (7 to 8 inch) hoagie bun, split in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup julienne strips red, green, and yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/3 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
4 ounces JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® DELI FAVORITES® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, from the service deli, thinly sliced
2 slices provolone cheese
Directions
In skillet over medium heat melt butter. Cook hoagie bun cut sides downuntil golden brown and crusty.
In same skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and peppers. Cook 3 minutes. Add green onions and mushrooms; cook about 3 minutes or until mushrooms are softened, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook for 1 minute or until fragrant.
Toss turkey in skillet until warm and lightly browned.
Arrange cheese, turkey and vegetables in bun.
