Open Face Turkey Reuben Melt

Ingredients

1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast, from the service deli, thinly sliced

4 slices rye or pumpernickel bread

8 ounces Swiss cheese, thinly sliced

8 ounces sauerkraut, well drained

1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

Directions

Grilled Version:
Lay turkey slices on 4 slices bread. Top with cheese, sauerkraut and dressing. Cover with remaining bread slices. Grill in nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes, turning once or until cheese is melted.

Open Face Version:
Lay turkey slices on 4 slices bread. Top with sauerkraut and cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with Thousand Island dressing.
