Ingredients
1 (7 ounce) package rice pilaf mix
1 cup carrots, sliced
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2/3 cup chicken broth
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 cups JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, cut in small pieces
Directions
Prepare rice pilaf mix according to package directions. In large skillet, cook carrots, raisins, green onion, and garlic in butter until tender. Combine broth and cornstarch in small bowl; add to vegetables. Heat to boiling. Gently stir in turkey; heat until hot. Serve turkey mixture over pilaf.
