Ingredients

1 cup thinly sliced cabbage

½ cup thinly sliced bell pepper

1 tablespoon fat-free mayonnaise

1 teaspoon mustard

8 slices rye bread

12 ounces thinly sliced JENNIE-O® All Natural Oven Browned Turkey Breast, from the service deli

Directions

STEP 1: Combine cabbage, bell pepper, mayonnaise and mustard in a medium bowl.

STEP 2: Top four slices of bread with cabbage mixture, turkey and remaining bread slices.
