Apple Brie Stuffed Mini Bites

Ingredients
1 (17-ounce) box frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 egg, lightly beaten
3 Tbsp poppy seeds
8 ounces Brie cheese, diced
1 small apple, cored and diced
1 pound JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Premium Seasoned Brown Sugar Turkey Breast, cut into 3/4-inch dice
1 small jar cranberry chutney
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly roll out each puff pastry sheet on a cutting board. Cut each sheet into 3 strips lengthwise along the fold lines. Brush each strip with beaten egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Flip each strip over. Place one layer of brie, turkey and apple down the center length of the pastry. Roll pastry around the turkey and seal it. Repeat process for the remaining turkey, brie and cheese. Chill the rolled turkey pastry at least 1/2 hour before slicing and baking. Slice each roll into 8 to 10 pieces. Place on parchment lined baking sheets about 2 inches apart (the puff pastry will puff). Bake for 10 to 14 minutes, until golden brown. Serve with cranberry chutney as a dipping sauce. These work well prepared in advance, and can be made the day before up to step 5 and baked right before guests arrive.
