Ingredients
1 (48 count) package won ton wrappers
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Turkey Breakfast Sausage Roll
1 (14 ounce) can ripe black olives, chopped, drained
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped
2 fresh jalapenos, finely chopped
8 ounces co-jack cheese, shredded
1 cup ranch salad dressing
Directions
Heat oven to 375°F. Press won ton wrappers into mini muffin cups. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
In skillet, cook and crumble the sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Cool.
In medium bowl, combine olives, green onion, jalapeno, cheese, ranch dressing, and cooked sausage.
Fill each won ton cup with 1 heaping tablespoon of sausage mixture. Bake 5 minutes longer or place 6-8 on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
Note: Wrappers and filling can be made ahead and stored (separately) in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
