Pecan-Rolled Cheese Balls

Ingredients
1/2 pound JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Deli Premium Seasoned Brown Sugar Turkey Breast, cut into 1/2- x 1/2- x 1/2-inch cubes
1 1/2 pounds cream cheese, softened to room temperature
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp minced fresh green onions
1 Tbsp dried, crumbled chervil
1 Tbsp dried onion
1 Tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried thyme
2 cups toasted, ground pecans
Directions
Combine cream cheese, garlic, chives and remaining dried spices in a small bowl, until well blended. Taste, and add salt and pepper. Using a small melon scoop, scoop up 2 Tbsp. of cream cheese mixture, pushing one cube turkey breast of into center of cheese. Roll cream cheese around cube of turkey breast, creating a ball a bit larger than walnut size. Roll in minced parsley. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until firm.
Variations:
Any variety of JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® turkey breast can be used in this recipe. Roll cheese balls in toasted, ground almonds or pecans. Add finely minced green onion or dried onion flakes to the mixture. Use vegetable cream cheese instead of plain cream cheese. Add bleu cheese to mixture. Serve with slices of apple or bunches of grapes.
