Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Ground Turkey
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 (10-ounce) package shredded carrots
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 zucchini, diced
1 cup diced onions
2 yellow squash, diced
6 cups water
2 tablespoons HERB-OX® Beef Bouillon Granules
1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (24-ounce) jar salsa
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained
1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed, drained
Directions
Cook the turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add chili powder and vegetables to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the onions are tender. Place the turkey and vegetables in a slow cooker along with water, beef granules, diced tomatoes, salsa, and beans. Cover and heat the mixture on low heat setting for 4 hours.
