Ingredients
8 ounces uncooked penne or gemelli pasta
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can no-salt added stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Fully Cooked Lean Smoked Turkey Sausage
2 cups (1 inch) fresh asparagus pieces or broccoli florets
2 tablespoons prepared reduced-fat pesto sauce
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat tomatoes in medium saucepan. Cut turkey sausage crosswise into 1/4 inch slices; add to tomatoes. Stir in asparagus and pesto sauce; cover and simmer about 6 minutes or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Drain pasta; toss with tomato mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
