Ingredients
1 (20-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Lean Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon minced onion
5 tablespoons prepared pizza sauce
5 English muffins, split
Directions
Combine turkey, cheese and onion in medium bowl; mix lightly. Shape into five ½-inch thick patties.
Cook patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF. as measured by a meat thermometer.
Top each burger with pizza sauce and serve on muffins.
