Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Turkey Chili No Beans
1/2 cup salsa
8 soft four tortillas
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
additional salsa and cheese, if desired
Directions
Heat oven to broil. Spray 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with cooking spray. In large non-stick skillet, crumble turkey, add onion and pepper, and cook the turkey as specifed on the package. Always cook to well done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Stir in chili, and salsa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Spoon turkey mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese.
Bring top and bottom of tortilla slightly toward center; fold sides toward center, slightly overlapping. Place on pan. Top with additional cheese, if desired. Place under broiler until cheese is melted or tortilla is warmed. Serve with additional salsa, if desired.
