Ingredients
1 JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® OVEN READY® Whole Turkey
1/3 cup fresh rosemary leaves
1/3 cup garlic cloves, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 tablespoon mild olive oil
3 medium yellow sweet potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
1 pound brussel sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
Directions
Cook turkey according to package instructions. Always cook turkey to well done, 170°F in the the breast and 180°F in the thigh, as measured by a meat thermometer.
In the work bowl of a food processor, place rosemary, garlic, thyme, parsley, sage, salt and pepper. Process until garlic is finely chopped. Transfer to a plastic food bag and add oil, sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Shake loosly until vegetables are well coated. Place on jelly roll pan and roast at 375°F for 45-55 minutes.
It is not recommended to roast multiple items in the same oven at the same time, but if this is the case, allow more time for both items to reach the proper templerature.
