Ingredients
1 1/2 cups JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Premium Deli Breast from the Service Deli, sliced thin
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/3 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
extra parsely and walnuts, finely chopped, if desired
crackers and apple wedges
Directions
In a food processor, blend turkey with nuts, soup mix and seasonings. Add cream cheese and mayonnaise; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours. When firm, shape into a ball. Roll in parsley and nuts, if desired. Serve with crackers and apple wedges.
