Ingredients
2 cups JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, chopped
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/3 cup cashews, chopped
1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons major grey mango chutney
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
4 croissants
leaf lettuce, if desired
Directions
In bowl, combine turkey breast, celery, and cashews. In a small bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, mango chutney, and curry powder.
Stir mayonnaise mixture into turkey mixture. Spoon 1/4 of filling on bottom of each croissant. Cover with croissant tops.
