Ingredients
1 loaf frozen pizza dough, thawed
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey
1 (15 ounce) can prepared pizza sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup ripe olives, sliced
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F. Roll or stretch pizza dough to fit a greased 15 inch pizza pan or 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan. Cook the ground turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer;drain.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over dough. Top with ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, olives, and cheeses.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
