Ingredients
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
5 wholewheat hot dog buns
8 ounces sauerkraut, drained
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Turkey Bratwurst
1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
Directions
Cook the bratwurst as specified on the package. Always cook turkey to well-done, 165ËšF as measured by a meat thermometer.
Spread cut sides of each bun with dressing. Add sauerkraut and cheese.
Top with bratwurst.
