Ingredients
8 JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, cooked
4 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
8 slices whole grain bread, toasted
12 ounces JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Oven Roasted Slicing Turkey Breast from the service deli, sliced thin
4 ounces reduced fat monterey jack and cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
4 lettuce leaves
Directions
Cook the turkey bacon according to package instructions. Set aside. In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and horseradish. Spread 1/4 of this mixture onto each of 4 toasted bread slices.
Top with turkey breast, cheese, onion, tomato, bacon, and lettuce. Place remaining toasted bread on top, slice and serve.
