Teriyaki Turkey Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
2 cups Jennie-O Turkey Store® Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons House Of Tsang® Korean Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
1 each red and yellow bell peppers, cut in strips or chunks
1 medium yellow onion, cut in rings
6 green onions with stems, cut diagonally
1 cup pea pods
10 large mushrooms, sliced
2 cups cooked hot rice
Directions
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt on 2 cups Jennie-O Turkey Store® Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add turkey and stir fry 2 - 3 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon House Of Tsang® Korean Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce and remove turkey from wok. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in wok. Add 1 each red and yellow bell peppers, cut in strips or chunks, 1 medium yellow onion, cut in rings, 6 green onions with stems, cut diagonally, 1 cup pea pods, and 10 large mushrooms, sliced. Stir fry until vegetables are tender-crisp. Stir in turkey and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon House Of Tsang® Korean Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce. Heat thoroughly and serve over 2 cups cooked hot rice.
