Ingredients
1 pound frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and excess water squeezed out
salt and pepper
1/4 pound provolone cheese, sliced
1/2 pound JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Breast from the service deli
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Divide bread dough into 4 pieces. Roll each into a 6 inch round, sprinkle each with spinach, and season with salt and pepper. Top each circle with provolone cheese and turkey breast. Starting at 1 end, roll the dough, jellyroll style, and seal dough at the bottom and ends. It will be the size and shape of a hot dog bun. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise for 20 minutes. Brush top of dough with egg and cut 3 (1/2 inch) vent slits in the top of each roll. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
