Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Original Turkey Breakfast Sausage Patties
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup onion, minced
6 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
6 English muffins or large biscuits
6 slices American cheese
Directions
Prepare sausage according to package directions. Always cook turkey to well done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
In skillet on medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until softned.
In medium bowl, combine eggs, milk and garlic salt; whisk until smooth. Add eggs to skillet and cook on low heat until done, stirring to cook evenly.
Split muffins and place 1/6 of egg mixture on each biscuit half. Top with cheese, sausage patties and biscuit top.
