Ingredients

1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Hot Italian Turkey Sausage

1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta, cooked and drained

1 cup light alfredo pasta sauce, heated

1/2 cup ripe olives, pitted

1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/4 cup parmesan, shredded

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Cook the sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Cut sausages into 1/2 inch slices.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Add to the cooked pasta, cooked sausage, alfredo pasta sauce, olives, and tomatoes; toss to coat.

Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
