Ingredients

1 tablespoon canola oil

1 onion, chopped

JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Ground Turkey

1 ounce taco seasoning mix

4 ounces tortilla chips

2 cups Mexican blend cheese, shredded

1/2 cup sour cream

1 medium tomato, seeded and diced into 1/4 inch pieces

1 jalapeño pepper, sliced into thin rounds

cilantro leaves

Directions

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté 1 onion, chopped, until translucent, 4 to 5 minutes. Cook turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer.

Stir in taco seasoning and remove from heat. Spoon turkey mixture over tortilla chips. Top with cheese, sour cream, tomato, jalapeño pepper, and cilantro leaves.
