Ingredients

1 (24 ounce) JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Turkey Breast Tenderloin, any flavor

8 cups mixed salad greens

1 cucumber, thinly sliced

2 carrots, thinly sliced

4 radishes, sliced into thin rounds

1/2 cup vinaigrette

Directions

Cook turkey breast tenderloin as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer. In a large bowl, toss salad greens, cucumber, carrots, and radishes with vinaigrette.

Arrange salad greens on 4 dinner plates. Slice turkey crosswise into 1/2 inch strips and divide among plates.
