Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes, undrained and cut-up
1 (15 ounce) can herbed tomato sauce
1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
2 cups JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast
Directions
In a Dutch oven or large saucepan over medium-high heat, heat oil until hot. Cook onion and garlic until tender. Stir in chili powder. Add tomatoes with juice, beans, and corn. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover, add turkey and simmer 5 minutes longer.
