Turkey Lasagna

Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Ground Turkey
1 large onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon basil
2 2/3 cups cottage cheese
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 teaspoon oregano
8 ounces uncooked lasagna noodles
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook the ground turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165˚F as measured by a meat thermometer. Add onion, tomatoes, tomato paste, water, sugar, and basil; simmer for 15 minutes. In separate bowl, combine cottage cheese, parsley flakes, and oregano. Layer in a 9 x 13 pan in this order: half of meat sauce, half of lasagna noodles, all of cottage cheese mix, other half of lasagna noodles and other half of meat sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake cover at 350°F for 1 hour. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
