Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup 2 tablespoons ketchup
1/4 cup 1 tablespoon low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup 1 tablespoon low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
5 small whole wheat buns
Directions
Divide ground turkey into 5 portions. Shape each portion of turkey into a cone shape (so it looks like a volcano) with center somewhat hollowed. Place formed burgers on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for approximately 40 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Top bottom bun with lettuce to simulate grass, and add burger. Pour ketchup into the hollowed out portion of the burger and along the side to make it look like lava coming out. Sprinkle the tops of each “volcano†with cheeses.
