Ingredients
1/2 cup 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2 teaspoons no salt seasoning
5 slices light cheddar cheese
5 small whole wheat buns
5 tablespoons guacamole
Directions
Drain applesauce in a strainer to eliminate excess liquid. Mix ground turkey, applesauce, and no salt seasoning.
Form mixture into 5 patties. Cook the patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
In the last minute of cooking, place cheese slices on burgers to melt. Place burgers on buns and top each with guacamole.
