Ingredients

8 slices of JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Turkey Bacon, fried and crisp

1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Seasoned White Turkey Patties

4 slices low fat pepperjack cheese

4 tablespoons WHOLLY GUACAMOLE®, classic or spicy

4 whole wheat burger buns or fococcia bread, sliced

Directions

Cook the turkey bacon according to package instructions; set aside. Cook the turkey burgers as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Top each burger with cheese, two slices turkey bacon, and guacamole. Serve on burger buns or fococcia bread.
