Ingredients

2 packages JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Ground Turkey

6 tablespoons fresh sage, finely chopped

3 tablespoons fresh thyme, finely chopped

3 tablespoons orange peel, grated

6 tablespoons jellied cranberry sauce, melted

6 whole wheat burger buns, split and toasted

3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing

12 slices JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Turkey Bacon, cooked

fresh spinach, if desired

sliced red onion, if desired

Directions

Prepare grill for medium-hot direct heat cooking. In large bowl add, ground turkey, sage, thyme, and orange peel; mix well. Divide mixture into 6 portions and shape into 1/2 inch thick patties.

Brush grill rack with oil. Place patties on grill. Brush patty tops with cranberry sauce. Cook the patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Brush frequently with cranberry sauce.

Brush burger buns with mayonnaise. Place patties on buns and top with turkey bacon, cooked according to package instructions. Add fresh spinach and sliced red onion, if desired. Cover with bun tops.
