Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Ground Turkey
1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® turkey chili with beans
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Directions
Cook the lean ground turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add chili with beans, potatoes, celery, onion, broth, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
