1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons milk, approximately
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Turkey Burger Patties

Directions
Cook peppers on grill over medium heat until skin blisters and blackens. Put in bowl. Cover and let stand 10 minutes. Peel skin from peppers. Cut peppers open; scrape away and discard seeds. Cut peppers into strips; set aside.
Cook whole green onions on grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until softened; chop; set aside.
Combine mayonnaise and hot sauce in small bowl; set aside.
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until cheese is just melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir until sauce is smooth.
Cook the patties as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Spread both cut sides of each bun with mayonnaise mixture. Top bottom half of buns with patties, peppers, onions, cheese sauce and tops of buns.
