Ingredients
1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Lean Ground Turkey
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 large zucchini, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomato with chilies
1 (14.5 ounce) canned tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
6 hamburger buns
Directions
In a large skillet, cook the lean ground turkey as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add onion, carrots, zucchini, chili powder, seasoning, paprika, and garlic; Sauté for 5 minutes. Add diced tomato with chilies, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes until mixture is thickened. Serve on hamburger buns.
