Easy Turkey Ham Skillet Breakfast
This is a Gluten Free Recipe.
2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
2 cups diced JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
STEP 1: Simmer oil, cooked potatoes and onions in a large skillet over medium high heat for five minutes or until golden brown and almost tender. Add bell pepper and zucchini. Cook for five minutes longer or until tender.
STEP 2: Add turkey ham and tomato to skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook for three to five minutes or until cheese is melted.
