Easy Turkey Ham Skillet Breakfast
This is a Gluten Free Recipe
2 medium potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 onion, chopped
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
2 cups diced JENNIE-O® Turkey Ham
1 tomato, chopped
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In large skillet, add cooked potatoes and onion to oil and simmer over medium high heat 5 minutes or until golden brown and almost tender. Add bell pepper and zucchini; cook 5 minutes longer or until tender.
Add turkey ham and tomato to skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
