4 slices coarse walnut-raisin bread
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices Cheddar cheese

1 Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced
Directions
Spread mustard on bread. Layer lettuce, cheese, turkey and apple on bread.
