Turkey Roast with Carrots & Potatoes
This is a Gluten Free Recipe
12 fresh baby carrots
12 baby red potatoes, halved
12 ounces JENNIE-O® Slow Roasted Turkey Breast Roast, grab-n-go dinner from the service deli
thyme sprigs, for garnish
cranberry sauce, if desired
Steam carrots until tender. Roast potatoes until brown and tender. Serve with turkey, thyme and cranberry sauce, if desired.
