Ingredients

1 (7-ounce) package spaghetti

1/2 cup green onion, chopped

1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

1 1/2 cup (8-ounces) HORMEL® CURE 81® Ham, chopped

1 1/2 cups JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Premium Deli Turkey Breast from the service deli

2 cups cottage cheese

2 cups sour cream

2 tablespoons milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. In large skillet over medium-high heat, saute green onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Add ham and turkey; toss gently. In bowl, combine cottage cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, celery salt, and black pepper. Add spaghetti and meat mixture; toss gently. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking pan. Cover. Bake 45 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
