Chunky Santa Fe Turkey Tacos

Ingredients
1 (24 ounce) package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® All Natural Turkey Breast Tenderloins
1 tablespoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 yellow or green pepper, diced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 tablespoons jalapeños, finely chopped
1/4 cup picante sauce
1 large tomato, diced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
16 MANNY’S® Yellow Taco Shells or MANNY’S® Soft Taco Flour Tortillas
2 cups crumbled queso fresco cheese or Mexican cheese, shredded
Directions
Cut turkey into 1/2 inch thick strips; toss with chili powder and salt.
Heat vegetable oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey, yellow pepper, cumin, garlic, and jalapeños. Cook turkey according to package directions. Always cook to well-done, 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer.
Add sauce to turkey. Cook uncovered, for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato and cilantro. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until hot. Spoon mixture into taco shells or tortillas; sprinkle with cheese.
