Light Best Ever Meatloaf

Makes 5 servings

Ingredients

1 cup onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 package JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Extra Lean Ground Turkey

1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs

1 egg white

3/4 cup ketchup

2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

3/4 teaspoon salt, if desired

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 350ºF. Coat a small skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; cool 5 minutes. Add turkey, breadcrumbs, egg white, 1/4 cup ketchup, worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to onion mixture; mix well. Pack into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Spread remaining 1/2 cup ketchup over top. Bake for 1 hour and internal temperature of loaf reaches 165ºF as measured by a meat thermometer. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing.
