    Ingredients
  • 2 cups JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Oven Ready Homestyle Whole Turkey, cooked, chopped
  • 6 pita breads, each cut into 6 wedges
  • 1/4 cup CARAPELLI® Mild Olive Oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1 tomato, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup PELOPONNESE® Pitted Kalamata Olives, cut into slivers
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Arrange pita bread wedges on baking sheets. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake 10 minutes or until crisp. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and olives. Gently stir in cheese, parsley, and mint. Serve turkey mixture on top of the pita wedges.
