    Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (16-ounce) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • Hot pepper sauce, if desired
  • 2 cups cubed JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE® Turkey Ham
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen okra
  • Hot, cooked rice
    Directions
  1. In a Dutch oven over medium-low heat, combine onion, green pepper, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic salt, thyme and hot pepper sauce. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in turkey ham and okra; cover and cook 10 minutes longer or until okra is tender, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired.
