(16-ounce) package JENNIE-O® Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast

cup breadcrumbs

cup cayenne pepper sauce, divided
1/4
cup finely chopped onion
1/4
cup finely diced celery

teaspoon salt, if desired

egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute

Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly coat 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.

In medium bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce, onion, celery, salt and egg; mix lightly. Shape mixture into 1 ½ -inch balls. Place in pan.

Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.

In large skillet, over medium heat combine butter and remaining cayenne pepper sauce; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until butter is melted stirring occasionally. Add cooked meatballs and toss to coat.

Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
